We are convinced that product innovation and managerial innovation go hand in hand. In the future, these only two levers will enable value creation, if used in a combined way. This will happen even though younger generations (and older) challenge the notion of “command and control”. As they are very autonomous and continually seeking wider communication scope and channels, they are already developing a different kind of flexible relationship with their work and organisation.
